Announcing Our 4 STAR 4 GOOD Program!

I’m delighted to share two new initiatives for 2025 under our 4 STAR 4 GOOD Program, designed to give back and make a difference where it matters most 💙

At 4 Star Reps, Inc., we take great pride in being part of the foodservice and hospitality industry, an industry that brings people together through the joy of sharing a meal. As we continue to grow, we remain committed to giving back to those in need, especially in the fight against food insecurity. Ensuring that everyone has access to nutritious food is a cause close to our hearts, and we are dedicated to supporting initiatives that help our communities thrive. At the same time, we are dedicated to continuous professional growth, enabling us to provide exceptional service and deliver the highest value to our stakeholders.

Our first initiative is a concept I’ve been passionate about developing over the past two years, and I’m so happy to see it go live!

1. CANS 4 QUOTES:
⭐ For every quote request our office receives, we will donate one can of food to help fight food insecurity.
⭐ Together, we can make a difference—one quote, one can, and one meal at a time. Donations will be made quarterly to Valley Youth House with a legacy dating back to 1973 as a humble, single-home shelter which offered round-the-clock housing and counseling services to abused, vulnerable, and homeless youth.

2. STAR STEWARDS:
⭐ 4 Star’s employee community service and industry commitment program, recognizing those who excel in professional growth and community impact.
⭐ To earn this designation, employees must maintain North American Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM)’s CFSP certification, complete all endorsed company books and assessments, fulfill manufacturer training requirements, stay in good standing at 4 Star, and identify ways to support a local charity focused on hunger relief or food insecurity.

These initiatives reflect our commitment to not only delivering excellence to our customers but also to creating a legacy of support and generosity.
