Erica has been driving continuous improvement and modernization at 4 Star Reps since joining the company in 2013. She assumed leadership in 2021 and focuses on strategic growth, strong manufacturer and dealer partnerships, and operational excellence.
As President, Erica brings deep expertise in business organization, data management, and marketing initiatives that strengthen sales performance. An early adopter of CRM technology, she designed and implemented 4 Star’s cloud-based CRM system, which continues to fortify the team’s sales management and data-driven decision making. She holds a B.S. in Organizational Leadership from Penn State University, is a Certified Foodservice Professional (CFSP Level 1), a Certified Intuit Quickbase App Builder, and a former board member of MAFSI. Outside of work, Erica enjoys spending time with family, traveling, practicing yoga and Pilates, and skiing.
