Jill joined 4 Star Reps in 2026, bringing more than 20 years of professional experience in communications, sales, training coordination, cross-department collaboration, customer service, and relationship management across healthcare, nonprofit, and national organizations.
A Kutztown University graduate with a degree in Social Work, Jill specializes in building strong relationships, coordinating impactful events and trainings, and developing clear, consistent communication that connects teams, manufacturers, and partners. She is passionate about fostering collaboration across departments while ensuring every detail is handled with care, professionalism, and a service-first mindset. Outside of work, Jill enjoys spending time with her family at theatre and musical events, exploring the outdoors, hiking new trails and crafting with elements found in nature.
