Karen Higgins is a Dietitian with over 20 years of multi-unit food service management experience in the healthcare market. Karen’s knowledge base and experience as a food service director coupled with her natural ability to connect with end user operators, led her to join the company in 2002. Karen brought along her systematic business approach, strong administrative skills, and excellence in customer service, which have brought value to manufacturers, dealers, and the 4 Star Team.
John McCarron joined 4 Star Reps in 2016 to expand the firm’s sales force and provide additional technical support to our customers. John’s background includes experience with equipment distribution, installation and project management in the foodservice industry. With a strong mechanical inclination and a solid understanding of foodservice equipment, John’s skillset is a great contribution to the 4 Star Team.
Erica Monaghan joined 4 Star Representatives in 2013. Erica created a cloud based Customer Relationship Management program, which drives the team’s ability to manage the sales process and analyze sales opportunity data. Erica brings extensive experience in business organization and data management. Her goal oriented, team based approach to success and attention to detail brings unparalleled professionalism to 4 Star and our manufacturers.
Phyllis White joined the company in 2003 and is always on the “front line” with 4 Star Representatives. Her calm and professional manner communicates support to everyone who calls; with years of experience and knowledge, Phyllis is an excellent resource for quotation requests and service issues.
Laura Reinhardt, Inside Sales Coordinator, joined 4 Star Representatives in 2015, bringing 9 years of sales and customer service experience. Laura’s highly effective communication and personal skills, coupled with her degree in Sociology from Penn State University, enable her to tackle any task that arises, providing our customers and manufacturers with an excellent asset for problem solving and customer support.
Rachel Bonaventura joined 4 Star Reps in 2017 bringing with her 12 years of combined customer service and data entry experience. Rachel’s dedication to accuracy and organization greatly benefit the 4 Star team, in addition to her genuinely outgoing personality. Rachel’s primary responsibilities include CRM documentation and inside support for our team and our customers.
Caralynn Reddig joined 4 Star Reps in November 2017 as an end user specialist, focusing on schools and institutions. With her extensive background in education, her passion for culinary science, and her family’s involvement in the food service industry; Caralynn excels at communicating product features and benefits, providing the best options based on individual customer needs. Caralynn has a Bachelor of Science and has completed coursework for a master’s degree in economics at George Mason University.
